Term: This Agreement shall commence on the date set forth below and continue in effect until otherwise stated in writing.

 

Inclement Weather: Inclement weather means the existence of rain, or abnormal climatic conditions (such as hail, snow, cold, high wind, severe dust storm, extreme high temperature, or any combination of these) under which it is either or not reasonable or not safe for me or my client to be exposed to starting or continuing in-person sessions, the session will be rescheduled or moved to virtual at a later date.

 

Administrative Fee: A payment processing fee may be applied to cover transaction costs associated with electronic payments. This fee will be added to the total invoice amount and is non-refundable.

 

Refunds: I do not provide refunds for change of mind for single or five online or in-person plans. I will refund 50% of unused portions of ten or twenty online or in-person plan purchases if requested within 15 days of the purchase date.

 

Cancellations and No-Shows:  Because your time has been reserved specifically for you, I ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule the session. Sessions without 24 hours’ notice will be charged for a full session. If there are three no-shows/late cancelations, I will assume you will no longer wish to receive any services, and your plan purchase may be terminated and all funds are forfeited.
